In order to improve the online self-service of CTTG’s
website, I started from the local councils’ websites to gain some ideas of the
main functions that are currently available for users.
With the help of “SA council map”, I managed to find out
some large councils in SA and visited their website to get to know the online
services they provide.
Here I use my category for Burnside’s online self-services
as an example to show the main areas of council services that can be realized online
and the formats of the services.
